    Howdy! I’m Sergio Sanchez—Fire Lieutenant, Advanced EMT, and founder of Bluebonnet Medical Services. Drawing on years of front-line EMS experience, I lead our crew in delivering exceptional on-site medical support for events across Central Texas. Passionate about safety, patient advocacy, and clear communication, I built this company to ensure both attendees and organizers get the care they deserve.

    Michael Welch

    FIELD SUPERVISOR | CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

    Michael Welch is our Field Supervisor and Client Relations Specialist. With years of frontline experience as a Driver Engineer and EMT, he’s also spent over a decade overseeing on-the-ground support at festivals like ACL and Lollapalooza—ensuring every detail runs smoothly. Today, he leverages that expertise to deliver the high-quality medical care every festival deserves. Michael’s passion for teaching shines when he walks clients through our services or mentors new EMTs to be their very best. As the friendly client support specialist your team deserves, he offers clear answers, a reassuring presence, and that extra bit of care.

    LEAD EMT

    Chase Adkins is our Lead EMT at Bluebonnet Medical Services, channeling his lifelong passion for fire and EMS into every call. He’s been with us since day one of his career, continually advancing his skills through specialized training and hands-on experience to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
